THE JAZID FAMILY 90-
The Jazid Family mainly consists of: Jazid Collective (the label), The Studio (music recording and production).
Since the mid nineties the Jazid Family has been a significant player on the Scandinavian underground music scene,
emphasizing on jazz, electronica and related genres.

The Jazid Family was born by Andre Utvik aka localPatron and
his peers in 1995 in order to establish a scene for the alternative styles of music mentioned above, incorporating
both local and international musicians, dj's, designers and other creative artists. What started out as a tiny club
venue with a 70 people capacity has now developed into a major club scene, a strong roaster of recording artists and
dj's, a label and a radio show.
